This Sammic 1180065 sous vide tank is made with the same dimensions as a 2/1 size food pan, measuring 21 inches wide and just under 26 inches long. Its 56-liter capacity provides plenty of volume to sous vide cook large cuts of steak and to retherm bagged products to the perfect serving temperature. The stainless steel cabinet of the Sammic 1180065 is built for a long life and insulated for superior energy efficiency and to closely maintain the set cooking temperature.
