this salad fridge is constructed of the best food grade stainless steel #304, has glass cover and an Italian "Dixell" brand digital
temperature control. Temperature range is 2 to 8 degrees and has automatic defrosting. This unit comes with 6pcs food grade
 stainless steel containers and there lids (6 x 1/3GN) (325mm x 175mm). Containers are 100mm deep,
you can upgrade to a  150mm depth:
