This table unlike most others being sold comes with 16 screws, each leg is screwed on the upper and lower shelf by two screws. This ensures your table is stable, sturdy, balanced and safe. The table also comes with 4 supporting braces that are fully adjustable. The table also comes with rubber holes to secure the bins or trash bags. Another purpose of the hole is to protect anyone who is using it from the sharp edges of the stainless steel.
