The Dito Sama Bermixer PRO BM545 is a professional immersion blender built for soups, purées, sauces and creams straight in the pot. Its 550 W motor drives a 450 mm stainless steel tube with an anti-splash bell at up to 10,000 rpm, with Smart Speed Control that automatically regulates power to the load for a longer motor life and less vibration in the hand. Dito Sama rates it for pots up to 150 L and kitchens serving 50 to 300 meals per service. Made in France, supplied with a wall bracket.

The vortex blade design pulls the whole preparation through the bell, so there is no need to stir while you blend – a real saving when you are puréeing 100 litres of pumpkin soup or batch-processing texture-modified meals for an aged-care wing. A reinforced bayonet coupling lets staff swap the tube for the optional whisk in seconds, and every food-contact part comes off without tools for the dishwasher.
