Its stainless steel construction offers many years of of hygienic, uninterrupted food preparations. The Gigamix is constructed with heavy duty locking casters and tilting mechanism that allows for easy transport, safe and secure operation and convenient storage.

Gigamix works directly in the cooking pots, mixing all the preparations of vegetable or fish soups. In less than 5 minutes, it finely pulverises more than 300 litres of cooked vegetable soups including leeks and onions.
