This cutting board is designed for the professional, it is thick which means it has plenty of weight in it so it doesn't slide around on you.
The polyethylene that this board is made from is specifically selected so it will not blunted your knives, it is easy to clean as foods does not tend to stick to it. The material is also non absorbent, which means it will not hold smells or bacteria when washed properly and will comply with strict hygiene standards.
The material is also of such a quality that it will not crack, chip or rot as with other materials and is easily cleaned by hand.
This is designed as a cutting board and is not suitable for placing hot pans on.
