The large 20 Litre capacity of this pan makes it suitable for large commercial kitchens in schools, hospitals and care homes where a high output is required every day. Made from incredibly high quality stainless steel allowing them to be able to withstand the rigours of constant use and commercial washing. Suitable for a wide range of tasks pans can be used straight from the freezer to the oven and are ideal for hot and cold transportation, re-heating and storage.
