With twin reinforced handles positioned on each side for superior grip and control, this 65mm deep 1/3 gastronorm pan from Cambro is constructed from a high heat plastic material built to withstand temperatures from -40Ëš to 190ËšC. Fantastic for freezing, cooking and reheating, this tough and versatile pan will handle hot oil deposits with ease.
The textured handles have been made with a finger grip for a secure and comfortable grasp, making it easy to carry from prep to cooler to oven to steam table and cutting down on the use of multiple pans while reducing unnecessary handling. Unlike metal pans, it is microwave-safe and guarantees an even distribution of heat thanks to its flat-bottomed design.
