Safe, efficient and designed for convenience, this 65mm deep 1/9 gastronorm pan from Cambro is safe for use in microwaves or with cooking applications up to 190°C. With a 0.57-litre capacity, it is fantastic for freezing, cooking and reheating tasks and will help keep hot food warmer for longer thanks to a flat bottom design that distributes heat evenly to remove any hot or cold spots.

This gastronorm pan has the ability to adapt to changes in temperature quickly, which means food can be transported straight from the prep table straight to the cooler, oven, steam table or chafing dish without the need for multiple pans or unnecessary handling.
