This salad prep unit makes preparation of salads, sandwiches and pizza easy, thanks to the 299mm polyethylene cutting board included. Ingredients are kept fresh via a forced air refrigeration system and the foam insulated lid and hood which keeps food at the perfect temperature. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor allows for efficient airflow. Supplied with 8x 1/6 clear polycarbonate GNfood Pans, up to 100mm deep. Please note - pans sold separately.
