This extra thick large green chopping board is perfectly suited to preparing larger quantities of food and ingredients. Part of the Hygiplas colour-coded chopping board range, the 60cm x 45cm board is designed for use with fruit, vegetables or salad. Made from low density polyethylene to a 20mm thickness, it is tough and resilient for life in a busy commercial kitchen. A non-toxic and non-absorbent base for hygienic meal prep.
