This large green chopping board is perfectly sized for preparing larger quantities of ingredients. Part of the Hygiplas colour-coded chopping board range, the 60cm x 45cm board is designed for use with fruit, vegetables or salad. Made from low density polyethylene to a standard 10mm thickness, it is a non-toxic and non-absorbent base for meal prep. Reduce the risk of cross contamination while protecting your work surfaces.
