The Dito Sama Prep4You P4U-CV3 is a continuous-feed commercial vegetable slicer that slices, grates, shreds (julienne), dices and cuts chips from a single 750 W induction motor. Made in France and supplied with three stainless steel discs (2 mm slicer, 5 mm slicer and 3 mm grater), it is ready for salad, sandwich, coleslaw and garnish prep straight out of the box. The CV3 adds five selectable speeds (500 to 1,200 rpm) so the cut can be matched to the produce: slow for ripe tomatoes, soft fruit and dicing, fast for carrots, cabbage and cheese. A 750 W motor gives it the headroom to run dicing grids and hard produce all service long.
