It incorporates a NON-SCREW joint system, making it easily partially detached (for refilling) & easily fully detached (for cleaning). It has 1 speed only that works (even though the body shows provisions for two speeds), incorporates a piston air valve & has a heavy duty piston seal. The barrel & 4 funnels are all stainless steel.

Speed desclaimer: This brand new Sausage Stuffer batch has only one working speed setting (the slow one) as per manufacturer production. Even though photos show provision for two speed settings the second speed does not work. This does not effect the overall function of the unit as you can still wind up or down using the working speed. It has been greatly discounted to compensate for this.
