As the foot of this pizza plate is set back from the rim, it provides the illusion of a floating plate when set on a table. The perfectly smooth, raised surface allows pizza to easily glide to the edge and be picked up. As the plate is rimless, it also makes an interesting canvas that allows chefs to be creative.
