A new addition for your Hygiplas colour-coded chopping board set. This 45 x 30cm purple chopping board has been designed to comply with EU allergen labelling legislation. It can be used to ensure your ingredients are 'free from' all the different allergens you are protecting your customers from. The board is made from low density polyethylene - it's non-toxic, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
