Access to your chilled ingredients or pizza toppings has never been so easy. Using this Polar G-Series countertop prep fridge enables you to keep up to 67 litres of cold food covered under a stylish curved glass hinged lid. The unit can hold up to four 1/3GN or eight 1/6GN gastronorm pans.

With a built-in chopping or preparation board, this is a fantastic all-round servery unit that is perfect for sandwich bars, buffets, pizzerias or delicatessens. The gastronorm tray configuration can be adjusted according to your needs, and it is equally practical both in the kitchen or front of house in self-service areas. Please note - this prep fridge's maximum ambient temperature is 32°C. GN pans are sold separately.
