This versatile chafing dish from Olympia can be used with electric induction plates, or traditional chafing fuel when used with a stand (not included). The half size 1/2 GN chafer features a water return system that ensures condensation flows back into the water pan, and not the food pan. Designed with a smart glass lid, you can easily monitor contents and open it with a smooth hydraulic motion. The lid can open up to a maximum of 90°, but stays open at 60°.
