This eight litre single bench top Deep Fryer cooks 8kg/hr of frozen chips and 10.5kg/hr of thawed chips. 1 kg chip basket size. Stainless steel construction with precise thermostatic control. Swing back element and easily removable tank. Maximum and minimum oil level markers for ease of use. The insulated basket handle and safety over-temp cut-out means the Deep Fryer is very safe to use.
