The thermocore design features a layer of aluminium sandwiched between an inner layer of stainless steel and an outer layer of copper, giving the saucepan superior heat conductivity without heat spots. The pan also has a 'stay cool' handle so you can keep cooking without the handle getting too hot to touch.
