This means that you can keep your fresh ingredients within easy reach above your work surface, while ensuring your most-used utensils and other equipment is safely stored below.

The prep station can accommodate 1/3, 1/6 and 1/9 GN pans in various combinations. Suggested pan layouts include 7x 1/6GN pans, 3x 1/3GN and 1x 1/6GN pan, or 9x 1/9GN and 1x 1/6GN pan. Made from strong and robust stainless steel, with a smooth and polished finish, the station is as easy to clean as it is to use.
