Able to accommodate a huge range of gastronorm pan configurations, the wet or dry heat BM4E is perfect for most pre-cooked foods, including chilli, curry, Bolognese and sauces. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the bain marie is robust and easy to clean. Supplied with four size 150mm deep gastronorm pans.
