The Sammic 1180060 sous vide tank is designed to be used with the Sammic SmartVide system. It has the dimensions of a full-size food pan, measuring 21 inches deep and just under 13 inches wide. The body and interior of the tank are constructed with rugged, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the unit is insulated to maintain the precise temperatures essential to sous vide cooking. A conveniently front-located drain with a valve allows users to easily drain water from the tank without having to remove the pan or move the equipment. No lid is included when you buy the Sammic 1180060, but one is available separately.
