Present sushi, tapas or other buffet items in style with these 1/3 gastronorm size slates. Designed and created by Olympia, these slates receive a coating of varnish to make them waterproof and oil repellent. The edges left have natural jagged look that gives a striking appearance, especially against a white cloth. Natural slate is also great for serving cheese boards or cold meat platters.
