Made from natural slate, this ¼ gastronorm size from Olympia can be used to beautifully present canapés or starters. Thanks to the coat of clear varnish, the slate is resistant to splashes of water and oil. The coating also prevents the slate from absorbing odours from foods such as cheese or cured meats. After use, gently wipe down with a mild detergent, avoiding submersion in water.
